Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Artcaffé Lavington, located at Lavington Mall on James Gichuru Road, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that promised quality and comfort.
I arrived around 2 PM and was immediately drawn to the delightful scent of freshly baked goods wafting through the air. The place was buzzing with energy, perfect for a casual lunch or even an afternoon coffee break. I chose to sit by the window, giving me a lovely view of the mall.
After scanning the menu, I decided to indulge my sweet tooth with the Sliced Chocolate-indulgence Cake. 
The rich and moist layers of chocolate were simply heavenly! It was the perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. I paired this indulgence with a cappuccino, which was expertly crafted by the resident barista.
To add to my delightful experience, I had the pleasure of being served by James, one of the attendants at Artcaffé. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring my coffee was just right and checking in frequently to see if I needed anything. His friendly demeanor added to the welcoming vibe of the café.
After finishing my cake, I couldn't resist trying another dessert, so I ordered the Sliced Carrot Cake. 
Every bite was like a warm hug, filled with spices and topped with luscious cream cheese frosting. It was hard to believe these treats were sliced from whole cakes, showcasing the incredible value for money that Artcaffé provides.
Not only does Artcaffé offer delightful pastries and cakes, but their menu also includes a variety of freshly prepared meals, making it a versatile spot for any occasion—be it a quick business lunch, a casual meeting, or even a romantic dinner.
As I wrapped up my visit, I couldn't help but feel satisfied not just with the wonderful food, but with the overall experience. Artcaffé Lavington is a treasure in Nairobi and I highly recommend stopping by for a treat you won't soon forget!
