Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Cake City Eastleigh, located at BBS Mall on Muratina Street, Nairobi, Kenya. My visit was in the late afternoon, around 4 PM, and the atmosphere was buzzing with customers indulging in their delightful offerings.
As soon as I stepped into the bakery, the aroma of freshly baked cakes and pastries enveloped me in a warm embrace. The selection was impressive, but I had my eye on a few specific items: the signature Cake, some Cookies, and the famous Sweet Treats. Each product looked so enticing that it was hard to choose!
I finally decided to go with a beautifully decorated
cake that promised layers of flavor. It was a birthday cake I ordered for my friend's upcoming celebration. To my surprise, this cake tasted even better than it looked! The sponge was light and fluffy, and the frosting was just the right level of sweetness. For only 1,200 KES, it felt like excellent value for money.
Next, I wanted something to satisfy my late afternoon sweet tooth, so I couldn’t resist picking up a few
cookies. They were soft and chewy, just how I like them. At just 250 KES for a pack, I was pleased with the quality and freshness. The staff at Cake City, especially an attendant named Grace, were exceptionally friendly. Grace helped me pick out the right flavors, and her recommendations didn’t disappoint!
Before I left, I made sure to grab a box of the irresistible
Sweet Treats. These assorted pastries are perfect for any gathering or simply to enjoy with a cup of coffee at home. At 600 KES for a dozen, they were again a testament to the fantastic value Cake City offers, combining quality and affordability effortlessly.
Overall, my experience at Cake City Eastleigh was nothing short of delightful. The friendly atmosphere, coupled with the staff's eagerness to help, truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Nairobi and looking to satisfy your sweet cravings. You won't be disappointed!
