Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Artcaffe Westgate, located on Mwanzi Road in Nairobi, Kenya. I stopped by around 2 PM, craving a delightful lunch, and I must say, it did not disappoint!
Walking into Artcaffe, you immediately feel the inviting ambiance. It’s a blend of elegance and comfort, perfect for a casual catch-up with friends or a relaxing solo meal. I approached the counter, greeted by the friendly staff, and decided to try their renowned Pizza. The aroma wafting through the air was irresistible, and I instantly knew I made the right choice.
As I took my seat, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the service was. Our waiter, Joseph, was extraordinarily attentive and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my time there. He recommended a side of Steak And Mashed Potatoes to accompany my pizza, and I couldn’t resist that suggestion!
When my food arrived, the presentation was delightful. The Pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and an abundance of fresh toppings. Each bite was a flavorful experience, and I could truly taste the quality of ingredients used. On the side, the Steak and Mashed Potatoes were heavenly – the steak was tender and juicy, paired beautifully with rich, creamy mashed potatoes. Absolutely worth every shilling!

As my visit came to an end, I couldn’t help but thank Joseph for his fantastic service. It really adds to the overall experience when the staff is so attentive and welcoming. Artcaffe Westgate has nailed it in not just their menu but also their customer service!
