Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Artcaffé Village Market located on Limuru Road in Nairobi, Kenya, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The inviting atmosphere and quality service made my visit truly memorable.
I arrived around noon, seeking a cozy spot to enjoy my lunch and perhaps a cup of coffee afterward. As I entered, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, instantly putting me in a good mood. The layout of the restaurant is well thought out, with ample seating options ranging from comfortable corners for intimate conversations to larger tables for friends catching up.
While perusing the menu, I was impressed by the variety of options available. Their focus on high-quality, freshly prepared food is evident, offering everything from pastries to hearty meals. I decided on a scrumptious sandwich. The Bacon and Avocado Sandwich at a very reasonable price of KES 800 caught my eye. It was served with a side of crunchy, fresh salad that complemented the sandwich perfectly, showcasing their commitment to freshness and flavor.
As I enjoyed my meal, I had the pleasure of meeting Grace, one of the attendants at Artcaffé. Her cheerful demeanor made the experience even better! She was attentive and ensured that my coffee was topped up as I savored every bite. It’s the little touches of personal service, like Grace’s attentiveness, that elevate a dining experience.
After lunch, I couldn’t resist indulging in one of their renowned Pastries. The delightful pastry selection displayed behind the glass-fronted counter enticed me, but I finally settled on a Chocolate Croissant. The flakiness of the pastry combined with rich, melted chocolate was an absolute treat and made for the perfect sweet ending to my meal. It’s evident that quality is a priority here.
Throughout my time spent at Artcaffé, the ambiance remained relaxed, filled with soft chatter and the comforting sounds of coffee beans grinding and milk frothing. It truly is a welcoming venue for everyone, whether you’re catching up with friends, having a meeting, or just needing a cozy spot to enjoy your meal.
If you're in the Gigiri area and are in the mood for delicious food and quality service, I highly recommend stopping by Artcaffé Village Market. The combination of a great menu, a warm atmosphere, and attentive staff makes it worthwhile. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Remember, whether you need a quick bite or a leisurely lunch, Artcaffé is ready to cater to your needs.
